What is the cost of shipping?
For a limited time FREE shipping is available on most orders over $50, and just $6.95 for orders below $50 on most standard order within the continental United States. Other charges may apply for overnight, bulk (oversized) shipping. For more details on our shipping policy, please contact our customer service department.
When will my products arrive?
The arrival date of your product will vary depending on the product and model you select and your place of residence. If in stock, most products are delivered to you in just three to four business days.
What is your return policy?
If you have received the wrong product than simply return the item within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be unopened and in resalable conditions and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original packing and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers, or with crushed packaging will not be accepted.
*Rivas Medical Supplies will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error, due to incorrect product information listed on our website. If order was placed and the return items in question were due to customer's error, Medical House Supply Group will not refund any charges.
Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. To obtain your RA number simply call us Monday through Friday. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue. A return without an RA number will not be accepted
What forms of payment do you take?
For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, business and personal cheques as well as money orders. Please note if paying by cheque, your order may be delayed 5-7 business days to allow for the funds to clear.
Do you accept Medicare or other form of Insurance?
We do accept Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances.
Will you provide financing?
We do provide financing with some equipment. Please contact our customer service staff for more detail.
Do you sell used medical equipment and supplies?
We do not sell used medical equipment online at this time. Please visit our store for information on the purchase of used equipment.
Do you rent equipment?
Yes, we rent a wide range of medical equipment. Please check our site or contact our customer service representatives for the list of rental equipment and pricing.
What is your rental policy?
All rental reservations/rentals are non-refundable. Customer assumes full responsibility for all damages to the rental. In the event that the rental is lost, stolen, or damaged, the customer will be responsible for the purchase of new rental equipment. For all late rentals, customer will be charged daily rate for rental until returned. Medical House Supply Group, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any loss or damages resulting from equipment rented or purchased by the renter or buyer. The sole liability of Rivas Medical Supplies for rented equipment which becomes unsafe or in need of repair is to replace the equipment with comparable equipment; and for purchased equipment which becomes unsafe or in need of repair is to honor the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

We do not do any telemarketing (we ask for your phone number in the rare event that there is a problem with your order, or, if we need to verify credit card information for your protection).
